Questions about account creation, verification and profile management

Registering with MegaVIP is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name as per your IC, an active Malaysian phone number, email address and your preferred password. Verify your phone number with the OTP code sent via SMS. Your account is activated immediately after verification and you can make your first deposit right away.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at MegaVIP. This is both a legal requirement and our platform policy. During the KYC verification process, we will verify your date of birth through a valid identification document. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be closed immediately.

For KYC verification, you need to upload a clear front and back image of your MyKad. For foreign nationals, a valid passport and Malaysian work permit may be used. No. Each individual is only allowed one active account at MegaVIP. Multiple accounts violate our terms of service and may result in all accounts being suspended with balances forfeited. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal hours. During peak hours or weekends, processing time may reach up to 2 hours. Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically faster — within 10 to 15 minutes. MegaVIP processes withdrawals 24/7 including public holidays.

The minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP membership tier — the higher your VIP level, the larger your permitted daily withdrawal. The highest VIP members enjoy significantly higher withdrawal limits compared to the standard limit. Check your account page for the limits applicable to your account.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: KYC not yet completed, bonus rollover requirements not met, incomplete bank details or name mismatch on the account, or suspicious activity requiring a security review. No. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same name registered on your MegaVIP account.
