Terms and Conditions MegaVIP — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Introduction

MegaVIP is an online betting and casino platform operating under the terms and conditions set out in this document. The platform is designed specifically for adult users in Malaysia who wish to enjoy a variety of betting games in a safe, fair, and regulated environment.

This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at megavip. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

MegaVIP reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Members will be notified via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration

To use megavip services in full, you need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. megavip reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the MegaVIP platform.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, device, IP address, or household.
• It is prohibited to open an account on behalf of another person or to use another person's identity.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
• MegaVIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or proof of address.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Megavip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using a variety of secure and integrated local payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and a KYC process that may require up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals to a bank account not verified in your own name are strictly prohibited.
• MegaVIP reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal.
• Any attempt at fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotions

MegaVIP offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• The welcome bonus is awarded once only to each new member who meets the eligibility requirements.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be restored.
• MegaVIP reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a serious violation and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

5 Game Rules

All games available at megavip use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. For live dealer games, real dealers operate from monitored and audited studios.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, megavip will endeavour to restore bets or provide equivalent credits based on system records.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system will be treated as fraud.
• The use of automated software (bots) or any tools that assist gameplay automatically is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

6 Member Conduct

MegaVIP is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. All users are required to conduct themselves courteously and ethically while using the platform.

• It is prohibited to use offensive language, make threats, or harass other users on the platform.
• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or actions that damage the megavip system may result in legal action.
• You are not permitted to use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financing activities.
• Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited and you assume full responsibility for any resulting risk.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

MegaVIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, hacking, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulators.

If your account is suspended due to confirmed fraud, the balance in your account may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. You may contact the megavip support team for further clarification.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Megavip takes member privacy very seriously. All personal data you provide during registration and platform use is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Device damage or data loss occurring during use of the platform.

10 Terms Amendment

MegaVIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated to members via:

• An email sent to your registered email address.
• In-app or in-platform notifications.
• Announcements on the megavip homepage.

If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
